Currently, I lead an exciting initiative to build and mentor a team of Business Development Managers across the West and Wales. Together, we focus on providing tailored lending solutions that cater to the unique requirements of both existing clients and new customers. Over the past three years, I have specialised in residential and commercial property lending across the UK, which has allowed me to develop an insight into the sector. My approach combines traditional banking expertise with a forward-thinking perspective, ensuring that clients receive innovative, practical solutions designed to meet their specific goals.
