What is your professional history?

With three decades of experience in the financial services industry, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as Business Development Manager at One Stop Business Finance.

My career journey includes 29 years as a NatWest Bank Manager, two years as a Commercial Finance Broker, two years as an Asset Finance Business Development Manager with Renaissance Asset Finance, and three years in my current role at One Stop Business Finance.

At One Stop Business Finance, we are both a lender and a broker, offering the flexibility to finance diverse, unconventional projects, including those from first-time developers.

We provide lending solutions from £50,000 to £2.5 million from our own funds and can arrange facilities up to £100 million.

Our services cover revolving cash flow facilities, development loans, commercial property purchases, acquisition finance, and asset finance across multiple industries, including construction. With 10 years of rapid growth, we now offer national coverage.

Do you have any hobbies?

Outside of work, I have a few key passions. I’m a season ticket holder and commercial partner at Lincoln City, a member of Fore Business (though my networking skills often outshine my golf game!), married for 31 years to CMN (current Mrs Norton), a proud grandparent of two, who keep me on my toes, and I’m known for my quick wit and resident comedian status!
