Where are you based?

I’ve always been London-based and currently in South London, with a focus on supporting businesses across London, Surrey, and Sussex.

What is your professional background?

Like many of my colleagues here, I began my financial services career in traditional banking. I entered the industry in 2010 and spent over a decade as a Business and Commercial Relationship Manager – first at Lloyds, then at Metro Bank – supporting SMEs with funding, growth, and day-to-day financial solutions.

In 2021, I pivoted across to fintech consultancy, working with platforms focused on sustainability, digital loan pricing, financial data, and embedded finance. It’s fantastic to see how technology is reshaping access to finance and helping institutions better serve their customers.

Now at One Stop Business Finance, I’m combining my banking background and fintech experience to do what I enjoy most: helping businesses access the funding they need – quickly, clearly, and with a relationship-first approach.

What interests you most about OSBF?

I’m genuinely excited to speak with customers that other lenders struggle to support. After 11 years in banking, I (unfortunately) gained a lot of experience having to explain to business owners why their lending request had been declined – even when they had solid businesses behind them.

Now, with the One Stop Business Finance team behind me, I have the flexibility to say yes when it matters most. Being able to offer fast solutions, especially when others can’t, is a huge win for both me and the businesses I work with.
