Our preferred site has between 4 and 20 properties and is located between the M4 corridor and the Scottish border. On occasions we have taken an equity stake and provided management time to ensure success. We will also provide funding for single property refurbishment, supported by a second charge on another property, which allows OSBF to accommodate a higher loan to value than other lenders.
